Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-14 · Operated by Loop24 (daemunai.com)
1. The service
Loop24 ("the Service") lets you upload media files and automatically creates, streams, loops, recovers and manages live broadcasts on YouTube channels you are authorised to manage. The Service does not produce content or deliver it to viewers; it only pushes your stream to YouTube.
2. Accounts and authentication
The Service uses Google/YouTube OAuth. You may only connect channels you own or are lawfully authorised to manage, and you can disconnect at any time. On disconnection the related credentials are deleted without delay.
3. Your obligations
You may only stream content you own or are licensed to use. The Service must not be used to infringe copyright, personality rights, YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service; you are solely responsible for any violation. We may stop a stream or suspend an account without prior notice when a violation is identified.
4. Plans and payment
Fees are based on the number of simultaneous streams and storage; the current price list is published on the website. Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly (or yearly) subscriptions. Customers in Korea pay in KRW via Toss Payments; customers elsewhere pay in USD via PayPal. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; new prices apply from your next renewal.
5. Free trial, cancellation and refunds
New users receive a free trial; cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep using the Service until the end of the period already paid. Within 7 days of a payment, if you have not started any broadcast in that period, you may request a full refund. Otherwise partial refunds for the remaining period are not provided except where required by law. PayPal payments are also subject to PayPal's Purchase Protection; disputes may be raised through the PayPal Resolution Center.
6. Service limits and third-party platforms
YouTube policies, API quotas and outages may delay or interrupt broadcast creation. The Service attempts automatic recovery when a stream drops but does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming. We cannot intervene in sanctions YouTube applies to your channel.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platform changes, outages or stream interruptions, or by disputes arising from your content. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Changes and termination
We may amend these Terms by posting the changes on the website or notifying you by email; material changes are announced at least 7 days in advance. We may discontinue part or all of the Service with prior notice, in which case fees for unused periods are refunded.
9. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. They are provided in several languages; if a translation conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version prevails for customers in Korea and the English version prevails for all other customers.
